Cancellation Policy :

• To cancel your order, send us an email to eshop.hnw@gmail.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

• Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Delivery Partners and Delivery Times :

For domestic orders, we work primarily with reputed last mile delivery partners like: Delhivery, Bluedart, Gati KWE, SafeXpress, Spoton etc.

It takes up to 5-10 working days for delivery.
